Bayfield Regional Conservancy
The Bayfield Regional Conservancy permanently protects natural areas, forests and farms, wild and scenic areas in the northwoods of Wisconsin. The Bayfield Regional Conservancy is a locally-based, non-profit land trust that works in Bayfield, Ashland, Sawyer and Douglas Counties. It preserves and protects land through land acquisition, conservation easements and partnerships. There are no membership fees, as the organization is based solely on individual donations. The Northwoods Land Trust
Northwoods is a tax exempt conservation organization headquarted in Eagle River. The NWLT works with private owners to provide long-term stewardship of the protected land so the resource values are preserved in accordance with the landowner's wishes.
