Caledonia Conservancy
This organization is a trust that protects recreational trails and open land in the Caledonia area, just south of Milwaukee. There is no specific membership fee, but donations are accepted and fundraising is a big part of this organization. It is run by a board of directors and several committees. The group is currently working with land owners and developers in an effort to conserve and expand the trails that used to be the traditional path from Milwaukee to Chicago. The Great Waters Group
The Great Waters Group is a Wisconsin Chapter of the Serria Club amd serves members in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, & Waukesha counties. Memebrs vouunteer to promote environmental sustainability by taking action on local issues and educating others to understand the issues and opportunities available to make informed decisions that will better protect our shared environment.
