Driftless Land Conservatory
The Driftless Land Conservatory is dedicated to the environmental health of the land known as the Driftless Area, which spreads across four states in the Upper Mississippi River Basin. The Driftless Land Conservatory is an active network of informed citizens working together on projects directed on natural resource conservation and sustainable rural development. The Prairie Enthusiasts
This group's goal is to protect and preserve the endangered prairies in the Midwest. Educational events, inventory and protection, and management and restoration are the main areas of focus. It is a non-profit organization that is active in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Volunteers are welcome, as well as new members.
